I brought a framed version of “Lady Gaga” to the Minneapolis Institute of Arts on Sunday for the “Foot in the Door 4” exhibition. The line was like a giant labyrinth of people, and it took over two hours for me to get through the line and drop off my work. It was worth it, though, and I think it’s going to be an awesome exhibit.

Here are some news stories about the exhibit:

“Minnesotans flock to get a ‘Foot in the Door’ at the MIA” (Minnesota Public Radio)

“Minnesota artists put best feet forward at the MIA’s ‘Foot in the Door’ free-for-all” (MinnPost)

“If the art fits, put it in a gallery” (Star Tribune)

Even if you can’t make it to the opening night reception, I hope that anyone in the Twin Cities area will go see this show. I think there’s going to be a lot of really fantastic art on display!
